Saturn is in the centre. Our moon was further to the right, but I moved it so it showed up in the frame. Moving the moon gives me a great feeling of power! ;-)

Tad's Note: I'm almost certain the planet is Saturn, because of another (less impressive) shot I took, in which I think I could see the rings almost vertical. I could have used that image of the planet, but this one looked more dramatic. The planet was 20x digital zoom. Our moon was 5x optical zoom.

My interpretation of my moon photograph is that this was a snapshot of God in the process of creating the moon out of a molten fireball. Actually, it's my photo of the moon with tree branches in the way.
